Add a small dab of your favorite natural Humble toothpaste to the bristles. Brush gently to clean and remove plaque. Dentists recommend the 2/2 rule: brush for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night. Disposal: Use pliers to remove the bristles from the head of the toothbrush. Once the handle is free of bristles, it can go in a composting bin. The bristles are very small and curbside recycling may not accept them — dispose of them in your usual household waste, or check with your local recycling facility. The cardboard box and inner bag can be recycled as paper.
