The Humble Co. Mongolia, operated by Digital Dental Office ("we," "us," "our"), is the authorized reseller of The Humble Co. oral-care products in Mongolia. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and place an order, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
We handle personal information in line with the Law of Mongolia on Personal Data Protection (Хүний хувийн мэдээлэл хамгаалах тухай хууль), in force since 1 May 2022.

We keep things minimal. You do not need to create an account to shop with us — checkout is available as a guest, so we do not collect or store passwords.
When you place an order, we collect:

- Your delivery address (aimag / sum / khoroo and details)
- Your email address — only if you choose to provide it (it is optional)
- The items in your order and any order note you add
When you contact us by phone, email, Instagram, or Messenger, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that message.
We may also automatically receive the basic technical information any website receives, such as your device type and general usage, to keep the site working and secure.
