Are these genuine The Humble Co. products?

Yes. We are the authorized reseller of The Humble Co. in Mongolia, so every product is the original Swedish brand, sourced through official channels.

Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. The Humble Co. products are vegan and not tested on animals.

What are the toothbrush handles made of?

We carry two kinds, bamboo-handled brushes and plant-based (corn-starch) handled brushes, both a more sustainable alternative to ordinary plastic. Check each product page for the specific material.

Do the toothpastes contain fluoride?

It depends on the specific toothpaste, since some contain fluoride and others are fluoride-free. Check the ingredients on each product's page.

Do you have products for children?

Yes, we carry kids' toothbrushes and a kids' kit designed for smaller hands and gentler use. See the relevant product pages for details.

How do I use the whitening strips / whitening pen?

Each product page includes how-to-use guidance. Follow the steps on the pack, and reach out if you have any questions.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest, so just enter your name, phone number, and delivery address. No sign-up or password needed.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Ulaanbaatar.

How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?

Within Ulaanbaatar, standard delivery is free and arrives in 1–2 business days, while express delivery is 12,000 ₮ and arrives the same day.

How do I track my order or check its status?

Contact us by phone or Messenger using the phone number you placed the order with, and we'll update you on its status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept QPay and card payment. After you place your order, you'll receive instructions to complete payment.

Will I get a receipt or e-barimt?

Yes, provide an email at checkout and we'll send your receipt and e-barimt there.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because these are personal oral-care and hygiene products, we can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are unopened and unused, or that arrive damaged or incorrect. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
