These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from The Humble Co. Mongolia, operated by Digital Dental Office ("we," "us," "our"), the authorized reseller of The Humble Co. oral-care products in Mongolia. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products, pricing, and availability

  • Prices are shown in Mongolian tögrög (₮) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing and you may confirm or cancel the order.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed; an item may sell out after you place an order, in which case we'll contact you to arrange a replacement, backorder, or refund.

Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment is received.
  • We accept QPay and card payment. After you place your order, you'll receive instructions to complete payment.
  • We begin preparing your order only after payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 24 hours.

Delivery

Delivery areas, times, and costs are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or events outside our control.

Returns and cancellations

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns page. In short: because these are personal hygiene products, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items, or on items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Intellectual property

"The Humble Co." name, logos, and product branding are the property of The Humble Co. and are used here as an authorized reseller. The content, layout, and design of this website are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Your responsibilities

When you use the site or place an order, you agree to provide accurate information (including your name, phone number, and delivery address) and not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Mongolian consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mongolian courts.
